Why 初一 and 十五
In Chinese Buddhist homes, the first and fifteenth days of the lunar month, the new moon and the full moon, are days to light incense and ask blessings for other people. On those two days we send one short blessing and a new wallpaper. About twice a month, never more, and never a charge.
A wallpaper is a blessing you keep. If someone comes to mind while you choose one, you can send them a wish in your own words.
